I'm not anti-Hollywood, but I do think it sometimes has a problem with knowing how to use established actors from other countries - not always, but sometimes. My personal Exhibit B is Gerard Butler, whose role in Dear Frankie demonstrates he has far more acting chops than his American films have given him the chance to show.
